Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping
After receiving your order we will process it within 1-4 days. Please allow at least 7-14 business days for your package to be received. We send out orders two times a week.
You will receive an e-mail when we have processed your order, but feel free to call or e-mail us to ask about an order’s status. Please include your order number when inquiring about your order.

Preferred Shipping Method is USPS (United States Postal Service). We use First Class or Priority Mail. Other options may be used depending on the package. We are able to ship orders to most anywhere.

During times of a high postal traffic we work as fast as we can to ensure your package will arrive on time. Please check if we have any shipping deadlines listed on our home page. If ordering outside the United States we are not responsible for delayed packages due to customs or additional duty fees. 

Unless otherwise communicated we are not responsible if you do not receive a package by a certain date. You are responsible for returning orders not received on time. We will not process a return until we have received it back in excellent condition. If you require a different method of shipping please ask about this before placing your order and we will provide you a quote as soon as possible.

If you wish to return or exchange items the shipping cost is at your own expense.

We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders if it is suspicious of fraudulent payment activity.
